戶外走線加設防水線槽，申請獨立電錶，7kW 單相。難處：電錶位於屋內，車位在屋外，需穿牆敷設 8 米外露走線。Outdoor conduit run, dedicated meter applied, 7kW single phase. The problem: meter indoors, bay outdoors, an 8m exposed run through the wall.
經法團審批，採用共用電錶方案，走線收納於天花線槽。業主自行申請三個月未果，我們接手兩星期內獲批。Committee approved, shared meter setup, cabling hidden in ceiling trunking. The owner tried for three months; we cleared it in two weeks.

村屋無需審批，最快兩星期完成。屋苑須經管理處或法團通過，一般需時四至六星期，視乎他們何時開會。Village houses skip approval — as fast as two weeks. Estates need management or committee sign-off, usually four to six weeks depending on their meeting schedule.
可以，但須取得業主書面同意。我們可提供標準同意書範本，供你交予業主。Yes, with the owner's written consent. We can provide a standard consent form to pass to your landlord.
安裝工程一律設 2 年保養，期內因安裝問題引致的故障上門維修免費。機件方面：Wall Case 系列同設 2 年保養，非人為損壞可一換一；其他品牌充電樁的機件保養按原廠條款處理，我們會協助你辦理。The installation always carries two years, and faults caused by the install are repaired on site at no charge within that period. On hardware: the Wall Case series also carries two years with a one-for-one replacement for non-accidental faults. Other brands follow their manufacturer's terms, and we'll help you process a claim.
