由電錶或總掣至車位的距離。距離越長，線徑及工時成本越高。Meter or switch room to bay. Longer runs mean heavier cable and more hours.

If you want to know whether the cable run will look messy, where the isolator goes, or what a dedicated meter actually looks like, the photos answer it faster than we can.
新型屋苑最常見的情況。左邊是改裝前車位原有的掣位，右邊是改裝成專用充電線路之後 —— 兩張相取自不同車位，用來說明兩種狀態，並非同一個車位。拉動中間條線比較。The most common newer-estate job. On the left, the outlet a bay comes with; on the right, a finished dedicated charging circuit. These are two different bays shown to illustrate the two states, not one bay photographed twice. 充電樁上游的隔離開關。維修或緊急時可以完全切斷這條線路，而唔使熄全屋電。屋苑車位通常裝喺柱身，村屋裝喺外牆。The isolating switch upstream of the charger. It cuts this circuit completely for maintenance or an emergency, without killing the rest of the supply. On an estate bay it sits on the pillar; at a village house, on the exterior wall.
Type A + 6mA DC 漏電偵測，加獨立過流保護。這一格是整個工程成本最高、又最少人拎出嚟講的部分 —— 亦是我們絕對不省的一項。Type A plus 6mA DC leakage detection, with its own overcurrent protection. It's the costliest part of the job and the one nobody advertises — and the one we never leave out.
中電獨立收費電錶，錶上貼有車位編號。充電用電同屋企完全分開計，唔會影響原有電錶的負載，帳單亦清清楚楚。A CLP tariff meter, labelled with the bay number. Charging is billed entirely separately from the flat — it doesn't load your existing meter, and the bill is unambiguous.
接線、標籤、走線槽都要整齊 —— 管理處日後抄錶或維修時看得明白，先至叫做交得妥。Terminations, labelling and trunking all tidy. Management has to be able to read and work on this later; that's part of the job being finished properly.
舊式屋苑電錶房滿了的做法：加設不銹鋼電錶櫃，一次過預留多個錶位。之後同屋苑其他業主申請都會快好多。What we do when an older estate's meter room is full: add a stainless cabinet with several positions at once. Every application after the first one goes much faster.
戶外走線用防水線槽並貼牆腳鋪設，避免橫過車道被車輾。線槽顏色盡量配合牆身。Outdoor runs go in weatherproof trunking, tight to the base of the wall so nothing crosses the driveway to be driven over. We match the trunking to the wall where we can.
露天車位加裝。擋日曬避免機身過熱降流，落大雨唔怕，亦有密碼鎖防止他人借電。For a fully open bay. Keeps the sun off so the unit doesn't throttle in summer heat, keeps the rain out, and the combination lock keeps other people off your socket.
機身裝喺黃黑警示帶以上，倒車唔會撞到。充電線收納喺機下，唔會拖到地面。Mounted above the black-and-yellow warning band so a reversing car can't reach it, with the lead coiled under the unit instead of trailing on the floor.
每宗工程完成後簽發的法定電力測試紀錄。屋苑管理處、法團同電力公司都會要，我們一定會交到你手上。The statutory electrical test record issued at the end of every job. Management, the owners' committee and the utility all ask for it — you get a copy, every time.

共通流程The common sequence
分別只在於第三步「申請及審批」要多久：村屋等中電，屋苑等法團。The only thing that changes is how long step three takes: village houses wait for the utility, estates wait for the committee.
透過 WhatsApp 傳送車位及電錶相片，我們初步判斷屬於哪一種類型、可行性及費用範圍。Send bay and meter photos on WhatsApp; we work out which of the four types you are, plus feasibility and a price range.
實地量度負載、走線距離及安裝位置，並提供正式固定報價。On-site load, cable distance and mounting position. You get a fixed quote.
我們預備電錶申請及屋苑／法團文件；你只需簽署、上載至電力公司，然後等候消息。We prepare and file the meter application and estate paperwork. You sign, upload it, and wait for news.
持牌電工施工，半日內完成，提交電力測試紀錄及 WR1 完工證明書，並即場示範 App 操作。Licensed electricians, done in half a day, with test records, the WR1 certificate and a walkthrough of the app.
收費Cost
Wall Case 3 的連機價錢已按類型列於網上商店。以下是令實際費用出現分別的因素，勘查後的報價即為最終價。Wall Case 3's installed pricing is listed in the shop by type. These are what actually move the final number — and the quote after survey is final.

容量足夠可直接接駁；不足則須申請加大或升級三相電，這是最大的變數。Enough capacity, we just connect. Not enough means an upgrade — the biggest variable.
明線走線最經濟；需要開牆、埋線、經天花或鑽樓板則較昂貴。Surface trunking is cheapest; chasing walls, ceilings or slab penetrations cost more.
7kW 單相與 22kW 三相的機價及施工要求均不同。7kW single-phase versus 22kW three-phase — different unit price and different work.
