適用於已完成環保署「EV 屋苑充電易資助計劃」（EHSS）工程的屋苑，或停車場電力基礎設備已鋪設妥當、車位已有刀掣的情況。這是四種之中最順利的一種：基建不用再做，只需接駁及掛錶。For estates that have completed the EPD's EV-charging at Home Subsidy Scheme (EHSS), or any carpark where the electrical infrastructure is already built and there is an isolator at the bay. This is the smoothest of the four: no groundwork left to do, just the connection and the meter.

政府有公開名單。搵到你的屋苑，即係基建已經鋪好，落機接駁就得；搵唔到，你多數要行審批那條路。The government publishes the list. If your estate is on it the groundwork is done and the charger just goes on. If it isn't, you're probably on the approval route instead.

兩間電力公司的程序不同，時間亦不同。新界及九龍大部分地區屬中電，港島、鴨脷洲及南丫島屬港燈。The two utilities run different procedures on different timelines. Most of the New Territories and Kowloon is CLP; Hong Kong Island, Ap Lei Chau and Lamma are HK Electric.
落實方案及價錢之後，EV Case 即日開始準備安裝計劃書，並提交管理處確認。Once the scope and price are settled, we start the installation proposal the same day and submit it to management for sign-off.
文件上載至中電後，一般 3 至 5 個工作天會收到電郵或郵寄的電錶按金繳費單，繳付後即進入排期階段。After the documents go to CLP you'll normally receive the meter deposit bill by email or post within three to five working days. Paying it moves you into scheduling.
編號以 2010 開頭，共 10 位。有齊編號同全名，我們才可以代你同中電夾期。The number starts with 2010 and is ten digits long. We need it plus the applicant's full name before we can book a date with CLP.
同一日完成：上午安裝充電樁及接駁線路，下午中電上門掛錶。掛錶成功即可開始使用。Both in one day: we install and wire the charger in the morning, the utility hangs the meter in the afternoon. Once it's live, you can charge.
安裝設 2 年保養；Wall Case 系列機件同設 2 年保養，非人為損壞可一換一。有事直接 WhatsApp 同一隊人。Two years on the installation. Wall Case units also carry two years with a one-for-one swap for non-accidental faults. Any issue goes straight back to the same team on WhatsApp.
同樣即日開始準備安裝計劃書，交管理處確認。As with CLP, we start the installation proposal the same day and submit it to management.
管理處確認後，把電力申請表格簽回給 EV Case。這一步的時間完全取決於管理處的行政節奏，是港燈流程唯一的變數。Once management has signed off, the supply application form comes back to us signed. How long this takes is purely down to the management office's admin pace — it's the only real variable in the HK Electric route.
EV Case 同港燈夾期，同一日完成安裝及掛錶。掛錶成功即可使用。We book the date with HK Electric and do the installation and metering in one day. Live as soon as the meter is on.
安裝設 2 年保養；Wall Case 系列機件同設 2 年保養，非人為損壞可一換一。Two years on the installation, and two years with a one-for-one swap on Wall Case units.
一句總結In one line
完成行政手續（電力公司 + 管理處）之後，EV Case 會同中電或港燈夾期，一般 2 星期內上門：上午安裝充電樁，下午掛獨立電錶。掛錶成功就用得。Once the paperwork is done with both the utility and management, we book a date with CLP or HK Electric — usually within two weeks. Charger in the morning, dedicated meter in the afternoon. The moment the meter is live, so are you.
