EHSS-completed or an isolator already fitted: about two weeks. A newer estate with a 13A outlet: two to three weeks. Village and detached houses: the dedicated meter application runs two to three months, most of it on CLP's clock. An older estate needing committee approval: four to six weeks and up, depending on when they meet.
