香港的停車場，地庫同舊式屋苑往往一格訊號都冇。Wall Case 3 兩種情況都用得，分別只在於用哪一種方式設定延遲充電 —— 而延遲充電，正是慳電費的關鍵。In Hong Kong, basements and older estate carparks routinely have no signal at all. Wall Case 3 works either way; the only difference is how you set the delay timer — and the delay timer is where the savings come from.

延遲充電The delay timer
兩間電力公司都有電動車分時段電價，而最平的時段都在你熟睡之後。延遲充電可設 1 至 12 小時 —— 夜晚回家插上，充電器自己踩正時間開始。Both utilities run a time-of-use tariff for EVs, and the cheap window in each starts long after you've gone to bed. Set a delay of 1 to 12 hours and the charger starts on time by itself.
規格Specifications
支援 Type 1、Type 2 及 GB/T 插頭。7kW 為單相 32A，22kW 需要三相供電 —— 村屋及獨立屋可先看電錶箱分辨。Type 1, Type 2 and GB/T connectors. 7kW is single-phase 32A; 22kW needs a three-phase supply, which for a house you can check at the meter box.

用得，而且功能不減。充電、調較電流同延遲充電全部在機身完成，網絡只用於 APP 遙距操作。無網絡就用 RFID 拍卡，每部連 2 張卡。Yes, with nothing lost. Charging, current adjustment and the delay timer all happen on the unit; the network is only for remote app control. Without one you use the RFID cards — two are included.
1 至 12 小時，每按一次加一小時，螢幕會顯示設定了的時數。夜晚回家插上，設定到中電非高峰（晚上 11 時起）或港燈超低谷（凌晨 2 時起）才開始充電。One to twelve hours, an hour per press, with the setting shown on screen. Plug in when you get home and have it start at CLP's off-peak (from 11pm) or HK Electric's super off-peak (from 2am).
機身只有黑色。IP65 防塵防水，戶外車位及村屋外牆同樣適用。Black only. It's IP65 rated, so outdoor bays and village house exterior walls are fine.
