車位有 Wi-Fi 或流動網絡的話，Wall Case 3 可以全程用手機操作：右滑開始、㩒一下停止、設定延遲充電（最多 16 小時）、調電流、睇充電紀錄，仲可以分享給家人。連加裝置在內，設定一次過搞掂。Where the bay has Wi-Fi or mobile coverage, a Wall Case 3 runs entirely from your phone: swipe to start, tap to stop, set a delay of up to sixteen hours, change the current, review past sessions, and share the unit with the family. Pairing it is a one-time job.
地庫、舊式屋苑停車場，手機經常一格訊號都冇。Wall Case 3 不靠網絡都用得：機身側面兩個掣設定功率同延遲時間，拍卡開始、拍卡停止。連 2 張 RFID 卡。逐步連相片教一次。Basements and older estate carparks routinely have no signal at all. A Wall Case 3 doesn't need one: two buttons on the side set the current and the delay, and an RFID card starts and stops the session. Two cards are included. Here's every step, with photos.
港燈的做法同中電不同：不是兩個價錢，而是在原有電價上加減。超低谷時段（凌晨 2 至 6 時）每度回扣 18.7 仙，高峰時段（上午 8 時至晚上 11 時）每度加 18.7 仙，一來一回相差 37.4 仙。用延遲充電設定，充電器會自己等到凌晨 2 時才開始。HK Electric works differently from CLP: not two prices, but rebates and surcharges on top of the standard tariff. 18.7 cents back per unit in the super off-peak window (2–6am), 18.7 cents added at peak (8am–11pm) — a 37.4-cent swing. Set a delay and the charger waits for 2am on its own.
中電「電動車住宅分時段用電價目」非高峰每度 94.5 港仙，高峰每度 137.5 港仙，相差 43 港仙。非高峰時段由晚上 11 時到翌日下午 4 時，長達 17 小時 —— 你本身瞓覺嗰段時間全部包括在內。用延遲充電設定，慳這筆錢不需要改變任何習慣。CLP's residential EV time-of-use tariff charges 94.5 HK cents per unit off-peak against 137.5 on-peak — a 43-cent gap. Off-peak runs 11pm to 4pm the next day, seventeen hours that already contain the whole time you're asleep. A delay timer collects the difference without changing anything you do.
WR1 唔係收據，也不是師傅自己印的「合格紙」。它是機電工程署的法定表格，證明你的電力裝置通電之前已經檢查及測試過。裝充電樁，幾乎一定要有一張。A WR1 isn't a receipt, and it isn't a certificate your contractor prints himself. It's the EMSD's statutory form proving the installation was inspected and tested before it was ever energised.
電動車充電會產生直流漏電成分，普通漏電開關偵測唔到。呢個係最容易被慳、而客戶又最難察覺嘅一忽。EV charging can produce DC residual current that an ordinary RCD cannot see. It's the easiest corner to cut and the hardest for a customer to notice.
22kW 快三倍，聽落好吸引。但家用充電的真正對手不是速度，而是你泊車的時數 —— 而你泊車的時數通常好長。22kW is three times faster, which sounds great. But home charging competes with how long you're parked — and that's usually a long time.
村屋專題Village houses
22kW 三相要兩個條件同時成立：屋企有三相電，部車又收得到 22kW AC。兩個條件之中，第一個站在你家門外的電錶箱裏，行過去看一眼就有答案。Three-phase 22kW needs two things at once — three-phase at the house, and a car that can actually take 22kW AC. The first one is settled by the box on your outside wall.
同一條路線，兩種做法，價錢差一截。分別不在於「哪一種比較好」，而在於那段線會曬到太陽、淋到雨、被車碰到，還是三樣都不會。Same route, two ways of doing it, and a real price gap. The question isn't which is better — it's whether that stretch of wall gets sun, rain and the occasional bumper.
村屋安裝電動車充電樁，成敗幾乎全部取決於電錶。學識睇錶頭幾個數字，你自己都可以初步判斷得到。For a village house, the whole job hinges on the meter. Learn to read a few numbers on it and you can make the first call yourself.
屋苑攻略Estate tactics
屋苑車位申請中電電動車獨立電錶，三步就完：邊份文件去管理處蓋印、上傳時「承辦商資料」該填什麼、按金單到手後交回 10 位服務申請編號。文件同技術欄目由我們預備，逐格教你填。村屋及獨立屋另有做法。A bay with its own meter means a CLP application, filed from the owner's own CLP account. We prepare the paperwork and the technical fields; this lays out the three steps: which form gets stamped by management, exactly what to put in the contractor fields, and what to send us once the deposit notice arrives. For estate bays; village and detached houses work differently.
屋苑安裝充電樁，電費點計係兩條路。開頭平嗰條，長遠未必平；開頭貴嗰條，用得多反而抵。In an estate there are two billing routes. The cheaper one to set up isn't always cheaper to live with, and the pricier one wins if you charge a lot.
政府資助計劃設有名額及期限，而且必須由整個屋苑聯合申請，並非個別業主可以自行辦理。若有意爭取，宜及早開始游說。The government scheme has quotas and deadlines, and the estate must apply as a whole — not individually. If you want it, start lobbying early.
