戶外走線加設防水線槽,申請獨立電錶,7kW 單相。難處:電錶位於屋內,車位在屋外,需穿牆敷設 8 米外露走線。Outdoor conduit run, dedicated meter applied, 7kW single phase. The problem: meter indoors, bay outdoors, an 8m exposed run through the wall.

位置完全露天,長期日曬雨淋。IP65 機身加裝防水遮罩,並獨立打設接地樁,經歷多場黑色暴雨後運作正常。Fully exposed to sun and rain. IP65 body plus a rain shield, with its own earth rod. Several black rainstorms later, no faults.

原有電錶容量不足,即使加裝 7kW 亦會跳掣。我們代辦三相電升級申請,獲批後安裝 22kW,充電時間大幅縮短。The old meter couldn't even take 7kW without tripping. We filed the three-phase upgrade; once approved, 22kW cut the charge time sharply.

車位完全露天,全日曬正西太陽,夏天機身滾燙。加一個防水保護箱,同時解決日曬、暴雨同鄰居借電三件事。A completely open bay facing the afternoon sun — by summer the body was too hot to touch. One weatherproof box solved the sun, the rainstorms and the neighbour borrowing power.

經法團審批,採用共用電錶方案,走線收納於天花線槽。業主自行申請三個月未果,我們接手兩星期內獲批。Committee approved, shared meter setup, cabling hidden in ceiling trunking. The owner tried for three months; we cleared it in two weeks.

八十年代屋苑,停車場原本無位加錶。與法團商議後在牆邊加設一個不銹鋼電錶櫃,一次過預留六個車位的錶位,之後每戶申請都變得簡單。An eighties estate with nowhere left to hang a meter. After talking it through with the committee we added a stainless cabinet on the wall with room for six bays at once — every application after the first got easy.
