賀龍居・鄰位已有機,排位要企理Parc Regal: neighbours already charging, so tidy counts
同一排車位已經有幾部機,刀掣一個接一個。新加一部要同鄰位對齊、走線唔可以過界,收線亦要留返鄰位開門的空間。當日掛錶,2 年上門保養。Several bays in the row were already charging, isolators lined up one after another. Adding one more meant aligning with the neighbours, keeping the run inside our own bay, and leaving room for the next car's door. Metered the same day, two years of aftercare.
Parc Regal had completed EHSS, and along one row of bays the isolators ran one after another — several neighbours were already charging.
In a carpark like this the work itself is straightforward. Not getting in anyone's way is the job.
The hard part: three things that must not cross the line
The cable run. Each bay is fed from its own isolator. The new run drops straight from ours and stays inside our own bay throughout, borrowing nobody's trunking. When a neighbour's unit is serviced or replaced later, nothing of theirs disturbs this one.
The body. At 90mm deep and mounted flat to the wall, the Wall Case 3 is clear of the next car's door swing.
The lead. Seven metres coiled on the hook under the unit, not spread across the neighbouring bay or the walkway.
Installing in a row has one practical advantage: the neighbours' isolator and trunking heights are a ready-made reference. Align to them and the row reads as one piece of work — which is also what keeps the management office content.
What the one price covered
The charger (Wall Case 3)
A dedicated meter, installed
The WR1 completion certificate
HK$20M third-party works insurance
Two years' warranty, one-for-one on non-accidental faults, no call-out labour charge
The installation proposal for the management office
The process
Free site survey — isolator position, run measured, photos taken, advice and a price given on the spot.
Proposal and meter application (about 3 days) — the proposal goes to management, the meter paperwork is prepared.
Charger and dedicated meter installed (within 14 days) — WR1 issued and the meter hung the same day.
Aftercare visits, free for two years — WhatsApp the same team; there's nobody else to find.
The outcome
Connected to the existing isolator, mounted, tested and metered in one day. The row looks consistent, and the owner never has to explain to a neighbour why a cable crosses their bay — because none does.
Who this is useful for
If a few neighbours in your carpark are already charging, you're in the easiest group there is: the groundwork is done, there's precedent, and the management office has seen it before.
Only two things are worth checking: that the isolator really is yours, and whether there's a meter behind it. Send a photo and we'll answer that today.
